Beneel resembles a light blue eel-whale hybrid with fading purple scales at the tip. Its tail fins are dark magenta, and it has similar webbed-like features on its dorsal fin. It has pink fins in feathery shapes, and some on its flank. It has dark blue stripes on its back, and it has a light blue belly. Its eyes are pink.
