It appears to be a deer with huge ears. It has a white underbelly, without a horn unlike its normal counterpart. It is a light blue, and has pink eyes. It has darker blue spots on its back. Its ears insides are pink and flap in battle. Its normal counterpart is known as Truckle.

The Ivory truckle is a rare sight in the forest usually only found by the most skilled trackers.
